Shipping & Returns

Shipping is based on the subtotal shopping cart. If you select our standard shipping option we will ship your order out with UPS/Fedex or USPS.

Free Shipping: If your sub total for products is $499 or more you will not pay any shipping fees at all within the 48 contiguous United States for delivery as long as we can ship to a physical address (no PO Boxes).

Returns If you need to return any items that you have purchased please contact us directly via email or reply to an email we have sent you to resolve any problems.

Any items that are returned
We offer a 10 day return policy on all orders. There are no returns on items that have been used or on custom orders. We only refund the amount you paid for the item(s) returned once they have been received and inspected to be in the same condition. If you are returning any item(s) you must pay the postage. We do not accept returns for exchanges. Any albums or slipcases that the plastic has been opened there is a 25% restocking fee.
